Tim Rosaforte
Golf Analyst
Tim Rosaforte is a golf analyst for the Golf Channel and NBC. He serves as an interviewer and
analyst for the PGA Tour and other golf events and also co-hosted the show PGA Tour Florida
Style. Tim has been covering the Ryder Cup since 1983 and is currently the president of the
Golf Writers Association of America (GWAA).
In addition to television, Tim is also a critically acclaimed writer who has written three books
entitled Raising the Bar: The Championship Years of Tiger Woods, Heartbreak Hill: The
Anatomy of a Ryder Cup, and Tiger Woods: The Making of a Champion. He has also written
for magazines such as Sports Illustrated, Golf World Magazine, Golf Digest, Golf Illustrated,
and Links Magazines. He has been honored 30 times with writing awards, including getting first
place in the GWAA magazine feature and column categories.
A graduate of the University of Rhode Island, Rosaforte currently resides in Jupiter, Florida with
his wife, Genevive, and two daughters, Genna and Molly.
