Derrick Mason

Baltimore Ravens Wide Receiver




Derrick Mason is Pro Bowl wide receiver and 12 year NFL veteran who has played with the
Tennessee Titans and Baltimore Ravens. 
 
As a member of the Ravens, Derrick has set several franchise records, including most receptions
in a season. Additionally, Derrick has had 1,000 plus yards in seven of the last eight seasons.
 
Although still an active NFL player, Derrick has already begun perfecting his broadcasting skills
so that he can easily transition into the broadcasting booth at the completion of his NFL career. 
For several seasons, Derrick served as the host of “The Derrick Mason Show” on WBAL in
Baltimore while playing for the Ravens. Derrick also participated in the show in Nashville when
Derrick was a Titian. Additionally, Derrick has appeared as a guest analyst on the NFL Network
and he attended the NFL Broadcasting Bootcamp. 
 
In addition to his football and broadcasting careers, Derrick has made it a priority to give back to
locally and is regarded as an avid member of the Baltimore and Nashville communities. To that
end, Derrick created the Derrick Mason foundation which helps at risk children in the Nashville
and Baltimore areas.
 
Derrick is a graduate of Michigan State University where he played football for the Spartans and
majored in communications. 
 
Derrick and his wife Marci live with their two children in Nashville, Tennessee.
