David Aldridge
NBA InsiderDavid Aldridge is the NBA Insider for TNT’s Inside the NBA and is a commentator for other
NBA on TNT features. In addition to serving as NBA Insider, Aldridge has covered college football
and the Major League Baseball playoffs on TBS.
Prior to working for TNT, Aldridge served as an NBA Insider for ESPN for eight years and as a
columnist for ESPN.com. He has also co-hosted The Tony Kornheiser Show on Washington Post Radio.
In the print world, Aldridge has covered the NFL and the NBA as a reporter and columnist
for the Philadelphia Inquirer. Previously, Aldridge had been a sports reporter for the Washington
Post, covering the Washington Bullets, the Washington Redskins and the Georgetown University's
basketball team. Additionally, he covered major events for the Washington Post such as the U.S.
Tennis Open, Indianapolis 500, and the 1992 Olympics.
