As Vice President, Vertigrated Entertainment at RLR, Ms. Carrasquillo is responsible for developing and pitching programs in all genres, including non-scripted reality television, for Cable, Broadcast and Network Television. She serves as Executive Producer and Executive in Charge of Development on several of the shows. Additionally, she develops and manages the agency’s talent pool and directors and oversees all current programming projects.

Prior to joining RLR, Ms. Carrasquillo was VP/ Programming for CBS Paramount Domestic Television from 1999-2006. In that post, Carrasquillo was the programming, development and production executive for all East Coast programming based in New York including THE MONTEL WILLIAMS SHOW. She managed executive producers, executive in charge of production, talent and talent management.

Previously, Ms. Carrasquillo has worked for Lifetime Television Network, Edge Entertainment, Chris Craft Television Productions, Viacom International and Fox Television Network in New York.
