The company was founded by Bob Rosen. Rosen's career accomplishments
range from animation production to representing many of
televisions greatest comic-actors and writers as well as
the original seven astronauts. He was the first to identify
the need for representation of television broadcasters in
news and sports since they had been historically undervalued
by the networks. Many of rlr's original clients in
sports and news are still represented by the company. Rosen's
